Employment Solicitor Role



We are currently recruiting for a Employment Solicitor with at least 3 yrs + PQE experience in Employment Law to join our expanding team.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Employment Solicitor will be expected to deliver legal support across a wide range of employment matters including equality and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues; reorganisations and redundancies; settlement agreements; restrictive covenants; TUPE and managing Tribunal claims, as well as HR-type support to organisations.

Person specification

We are looking for qualified Employment Solicitors between 3+ PQE, currently handling a similar caseload at a leading firm, and a developed pedigree in employment law. You will have ability to find sound solutions to complex legal and employment issues. And crucially the successful candidate must have excellent client communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to achieving the best possible outcome for your client.

A generous fee share package is on offer of the recovered fees. You will be offered flexible hours, option to work remotely or at our offices, professional insurance and admin support should this be applicable.
